So i'm wondering, how long did it take for you to get where you are now?
Do you mean style wise? Well I originally started editing with windows movie maker little over a year ago. It took a while and a lot of practice once I started using Sony Vegas to try and create my own style. I try out a lot of backgrounds and effects and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. An example is the stan and Kyle video I made called “My Best Friend,” I changed the sky many times.
Honestly the reason why I think my videos improved a lot is because I try and mix things up. Sometimes I really like to have a messy style and sometimes I really want my videos to be clean and clear cut. My advice to any video maker is to try lots of things and lots of colors/textures/effects until you like your video. <3
